What Fees Apply to Crypto Deposits and Withdrawals?

This article explains the fees and blockchain details that apply to crypto deposits and withdrawals on One Trading.

Crypto Deposits

Deposits are free on One Trading. Note that the blockchain network itself may charge a fee, and other platforms or wallets you're transferring from may apply their own fees as well.

Crypto Withdrawals

Withdrawal fees are calculated and displayed directly in the withdrawal window before you confirm, so you always know the exact cost in advance. Note that the receiving platform or wallet may charge its own deposit fees, which won't be reflected in your One Trading withdrawal window.

Checking Fees for a Specific Withdrawal

1. Log in to your One Trading account.
2. Go to the "Withdraw" section.
3. Select the cryptocurrency and amount you wish to withdraw.
4. The calculated fee will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

Your assets need to be in your Exchange Account (Main) before withdrawing. If they aren't, you can transfer them instantly and free of charge by clicking your balance to open the Portfolio dropdown, then selecting "Transfer."

What Makes Up the Withdrawal Fee

• Network (gas) fees: Set by the blockchain itself, based on network congestion and the size of your transaction. These vary transaction to transaction and are always shown in the withdrawal window.
• Processing fee (One Trading): A fixed operational fee for handling the transaction.

*Fees are charged in the cryptocurrency being withdrawn.

External Fees

The receiving wallet or platform may apply its own deposit fees. Check with them directly for a full picture of total transaction costs.
