When you make a crypto transaction, you can track its progress both in your One Trading account and using a Blockchain Explorer.
Finding your transaction
In your account, go to Transactions to see your transaction and its current status.
To check the transaction independently on a Blockchain Explorer, you can search using either:
- Transaction hash — a unique identifier for the transaction. Find it under Transactions in your account: search for the transaction, click on it, and copy the "Transaction" code.
- Wallet address — search your One Trading deposit address directly in a Blockchain Explorer to see all transactions associated with it. Find your deposit address in the Deposit section.
Transaction statuses in your account
- Initiated — The transaction has started but hasn't yet been confirmed by email.
- Pending (Processing) — The transaction is being processed on the network and confirmation should follow shortly. It can no longer be cancelled at this point.
- Canceled — The transaction was never confirmed by email, and the request expired.
- Done — The transaction was successful.
Troubleshooting
If you've made a transaction but it doesn't appear in the Blockchain Explorer, or the status remains unconfirmed after some time, contact the service provider you sent the assets from — the transaction may not have gone through successfully.
If the Blockchain Explorer shows the transaction as confirmed, and you're certain you sent it to the correct wallet address on the correct network, but it still doesn't reflect in your One Trading account, click "Contact Us" at the end of this article and select "Assistance with Crypto and Fiat transactions" from the dropdown. Provide accurate transaction details to help us resolve this quickly.
