Crypto transactions can sometimes take longer than expected. Follow these steps to check on your transaction before contacting support.
1. Check the Transaction Status
Use a Blockchain Explorer to check your transaction by entering the transaction hash or wallet address. This shows you the number of confirmations and the current network status.
If the transaction isn't marked as completed yet, it's still processing — no action is needed, just allow more time.
2. Allow Time for Network Confirmations
Crypto transfers need to be confirmed by the blockchain network before they're complete. Depending on network congestion, this can take some time. Until the transaction shows as completed, there's nothing else to do but wait.
3. Verify the Details, If the Transaction Shows as Completed
If the blockchain explorer shows the transaction as completed but it still hasn't arrived in your One Trading wallet, check the following:
- You used the correct deposit address and network/chain.
- The amount met the minimum deposit requirement.
- Transaction fees didn't exceed the value of the transaction itself.
4. Contact Support
If everything above checks out and the funds still haven't arrived, contact our Customer Care team. We'll review your transaction and assist you as soon as possible.
