Important Note
It is crucial to ensure that you use the correct blockchain network when transferring cryptocurrencies. Always double-check that you are selecting the correct blockchain network for your crypto asset when creating deposit or withdrawal wallet addresses. Both the sending wallet and the receiving wallet must be on the same blockchain network. For instance, if you are sending BTC from a wallet using the Bitcoin Segwit chain, the receiving wallet must also support the Bitcoin Segwit chain. If the sending and receiving wallets are not on the same chain, your assets will be lost, and cannot be recovered.
When depositing and withdrawing assets from and to One Trading, you will find the supported chains directly in the deposit and withdrawal window of each cryptocurrency on the platform. This helps ensure you select the correct network for your transactions.
Before confirming any transaction, verify the network type on both the sending and receiving ends. This simple step can prevent the irreversible loss of funds.
