Follow these steps to send crypto-assets from your One Trading account to an external wallet safely.
1. Log in to your One Trading account
2. Go to Portfolio (the button showing your balance amount) and select Withdraw
3. Select your cryptocurrency and network
Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send. Different cryptocurrencies run on different networks, and the sending and receiving networks must match — otherwise your assets will be lost. Check which blockchain networks are supported at One Trading and confirm the receiving platform uses the same one before continuing.
4. Choose your destination address
- First time sending this currency? Click "Add Blockchain Account," then enter the receiving wallet address and an Account Label (a name to help you recognize this wallet later — it's not part of the address itself).
- Sent it before? Select an existing address from the list.
Once added, your address appears under Destination in the withdrawal window. Double-check it's correct — errors here can't be undone — then click Next.
5. Enter the amount
Enter the amount you want to withdraw. The screen also shows the Network fee and Processing fee, along with the amount you'll actually receive after fees are deducted. Please note the amount cannot be lower than the withdrawal fee for that currency.
6. Confirm the withdrawal
Click Confirm Withdrawal, then check your inbox for a confirmation email and verify the withdrawal there. The transaction won't process until this step is complete.
That's it — your assets are on their way.
Before you confirm, keep in mind
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is visible on the blockchain, we can't reverse, halt, or recover it — so always double-check the wallet address and network before confirming.
- Nothing showing up after a few hours? Contact the support team of the receiving wallet or exchange. Give them the transaction link from the Blockchain Explorer and the Blockchain ID (transaction hash) so they can investigate.
