You can use a Blockchain Explorer to check for yourself if a transaction was completed successfully. When the transaction is listed and confirmed by the network, then it was successful. If the transaction was confirmed at least once, then it is successful and irreversible.
In a Blockchain Explorer, you can search for the transaction ID (hash), which is the identifier for a particular transaction. This can also be found in the wallet from where you sent it. In order to check a transaction, you can also search for a particular wallet address in a Blockchain Explorer, in this case, your One Trading deposit address. Then all transactions coming and going from this address will be displayed.
This means the transaction has not been confirmed by email yet.
This means the transaction is being processed on the appropriate network and confirmation should be received shortly. It is no longer possible to cancel the transaction at this point.
Once the transaction is visible in the Blockchain Explorer as “Unconfirmed Transaction”, this means that the transaction has been successful but still needs some time to be finalised.
This status shows up if you have actively cancelled your transaction through your account or your confirmation email. Additionally, your transaction may have been cancelled for the following reasons: The cryptocurrency is currently in maintenance, the transaction is out of gas, some nodes on the blockchain are temporarily overstrained, oin-specific providers are temporarily not working.
If no transaction has taken place, please contact the Wallet or Exchange Support Team from where you tried to send the coins and ask why the withdrawal was not sent.
If the Wallet or Exchange Support Team confirms that you sent the transaction to the correct wallet address but it is still not reflecting in your One Trading account, please contact us by clicking the "Contact us" button at the end of the article.
