Create a new email address to use for communication with us. Make sure to use a strong password and enable 2FA on it.
Contact Our Customer Care Team
Click the Contact Us button at the bottom of this article, select Account → Account Hacked, and fill in the form with:
- Your registered One Trading email address
- Your new, secure email address for us to reach you on

Preventing This in the Future
- Enable 2FA for your email account
- Use a unique, strong password and don't reuse it across other platforms
- Consider using a password manager
