If you encounter the error message "Account blocked" while attempting to log in, we kindly request that you contact our support team directly. By reaching out to us, we will work together to find a solution and resolve the situation promptly.
We deactivate accounts for the security of our users and ourselves. This may be the case, for example, if you have created a second account on One Trading, which is not allowed. Sometimes you failed to accept the required version of Terms and Conditions, so your account gets temporarily blocked.
Please keep in mind that you may not receive any notification regarding account deactivation due to legal reasons. One Trading also reserves the right to lock and/or freeze and/or close accounts without further notice, see One Trading Platform T&C.
