1. Set up a new secure email address Create a new email address to use for communication with us. Make sure to use a strong password and enable 2FA on it.
2. Contact our Customer Care team Click the Contact Us button at the bottom of this article, select Account → Account Hacked, and fill in the form with:
- Your registered One Trading email address
- Your new, secure email address for us to reach you on
3. Follow our team's instructions We'll guide you through the steps to regain access, which may include identity verification and additional security checks.
To prevent this from happening again:
- Enable 2FA for your email account
- Use a unique, strong password and don't reuse it across other platforms
- Consider using a password manager
