How do I reset my password?

Before You Reset

If you're having trouble signing in, check the following first:

• No typing errors in your email or password
• Autofill isn't interfering
• Caps Lock is off
• Your password doesn't exceed 72 characters

How to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the sign in page and click "Reset password."
2. Enter your email address and click "Continue."
3. Open the email you receive and click "Reset password."
4. Choose your new password.

Keeping Your Password Secure

• Use a unique password — don't reuse it across other accounts.
• Never share your password with anyone. One Trading will never ask for it.
• Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.
• If you suspect someone else has accessed your password, change it immediately.
