Before You Reset
If you're having trouble signing in, check the following first:
- No typing errors in your email or password
- Autofill isn't interfering
- Caps Lock is off
- Your password doesn't exceed 72 characters
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the sign in page and click "Reset password."
- Enter your email address and click "Continue."
- Open the email you receive and click "Reset password."
- Choose your new password.
Keeping Your Password Secure
- Use a unique password — don't reuse it across other accounts.
- Never share your password with anyone. One Trading will never ask for it.
- Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.
- If you suspect someone else has accessed your password, change it immediately.
