If you'd like to go ahead with account deletion, please take care of the following first:
- Withdraw all assets from your account
- Download your account history for your personal records
To submit a closure request:
- Click the Contact Us button at the bottom of this article
- In the dropdown, select Account → Close One Trading Account
- Fill out the form with the required details so we can verify your request
Please note: We allow one account per person, so you won't be able to register a new account after deletion. However, if you'd like to return to One Trading in the future, simply contact us and we'll reactivate your account.
We have strict data retention obligations in line with the requirements imposed on us by EU KYC and AML rules. Rest assured that any data we need to store under these obligations is safe, and that your data will not be processed unless we are strictly required to do so under applicable law.
