Candlestick charts show price movement over a selected time period. On the Exchange, you can adjust the timeframe from 1 minute to 1 month, depending on what you want to analyze.
Understanding Candlesticks
Each candlestick shows four prices: opening, closing, highest, and lowest. The body of the candle represents the opening and closing price; the lines above and below (wicks) show the high and low. Color indicates direction — green/white for a higher close, red/black for a lower close.
Choosing a Timeframe
Shorter and longer timeframes serve different purposes:
- 15 minutes — shows short-term price action, useful for short-term trading decisions.
- 1 day — shows broader trends and overall market direction.
How to Change the Timeframe
- Select the trading pair you want to view.
- Choose a candlestick interval from the available options (e.g. 1 minute, 15 minutes, 1 day).
- The chart updates automatically to reflect your selected timeframe.
