What should I do if I used the wrong IBAN, reference number, or recipient name when depositing?

If you made an error in your bank transfer details, please contact us as soon as possible:

1. Click the Contact Us button at the bottom of this article
2. Select Payment → Fiat deposits to One Trading
3. Fill in the form with:
   • The IBAN used for the transfer
   • The exact amount sent
   • Any other relevant details
4. Attach proof of the transaction (e.g. bank transfer receipt or transfer confirmation)
