How can I transfer fiat (EUR, GBP, CHF) between Bitpanda and One Trading

As we have previously communicated on 22nd June and 25th June 2023, internal transfers are no longer available between Bitpanda and One Trading (fka Bitpanda Pro).

To transfer fiat to One Trading from Bitpanda you would need to:

1. Withdraw fiat from Bitpanda to your designated fiat payment or bank account
2. Deposit to One Trading by:
   1. Selecting Deposit
   2. Selecting the fiat currency eg: EUR
   3. Selecting the deposit method eg: "bank transfer"
   4. Adding the bank account that you would deposit from or selecting an existing account
   5. Adding the amount that you wish to deposit
   6. clicking "Continue"
3. On your banking or payment app 
   1. Copy the One Trading IBAN and enter to your banking app
   2. Copy the One Trading BIC and enter to your banking app
   3. Copy the One Trading Referenceand enter to your banking app
   4. Add the bank name and beneficiary names
   5. Send the fiat from your banking app to our banking app
4. Fiat transfers may take at fastest as long as 30mins and up to 3 days to credit to your account depending on the banking transfer method, the bank used and the day it is sent

To transfer fiat to Bitpanda from One Trading you would need to:

1. Withdraw fiat from One Trading to your designated fiat payment or bank account
2. Deposit to Bitpanda by:
   1. Selecting Deposit
   2. Selecting the fiat currency eg: EUR
   3. Selecting the deposit method
3. Transfer fiat to Bitpanda
