Payment processing by banks usually take up to 3 business days to complete.
Note: Please keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as working days for banks. Furthermore, Public holidays may differ from country to country. Additionally, not all banks process transfers around the clock, therefore transfer delays may occur depending on the bank in question.
If you have done everything correctly, the amount will be credited to your chosen fiat wallet as soon as the payment reaches us. Please check this with your bank statement.
