In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to ensure a smooth and secure crypto-asset transfer experience on One Trading.
Step 1: Access Your One Trading Account
To initiate a transfer from your One Trading wallet to an external wallet, begin by logging into your One Trading account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Transfer Section
After logging in, go to the 'Accounts' section on the platform. Here, you’ll find the 'Withdraw' option. Selecting this will start the process of transferring your cryptocurrency.
Step 3: Select Your Cryptocurrency
Choose the specific cryptocurrency you wish to transfer from your wallet. Note that different cryptocurrencies may have distinct transfer procedures, so be sure to select the correct one from your portfolio.
After selecting the currency, you’ll see the network it operates on, displayed in the "Network" field. Ensure that both the sending and receiving platforms are using the same network, as different networks are not always compatible. If they don’t match, your assets will be lost. You can typically find the receiving platform’s network information in the deposit section or when creating a deposit wallet.
Step 4: Enter Transfer Details
Input the exact amount of cryptocurrency you wish to transfer.
If this is your first time transferring this cryptocurrency, click "Add Blockchain Account" to enter the address of the wallet you’re sending the assets to. You will also be asked to provide an "Account Label"—a name that helps you identify and manage your wallets, especially if you have multiple. Along with the label, enter the goal address (the receiving wallet address).
If you’ve previously transferred this currency, you can either select an existing wallet or add a new one.
This step requires careful attention, as errors in the wallet address can result in irreversible losses. If additional information such as a destination tag, memo, or message is required, make sure to enter it correctly. These details are often necessary for specific wallets or exchanges.
Step 5: Confirm the Transfer
Once all details are entered, click 'Transfer Now' to initiate the transaction. You’ll be prompted to enter your 2FA code to authorize the transfer.
Step 6: Confirmation
After initiating the transfer, check your inbox for a confirmation email. Open the email and finalize the transfer by clicking the 'Confirm Transaction' link. Please note, the transaction will not go through unless this confirmation step is completed.
And that's it! Your assets have been successfully transferred.
Important Notes:
Once a transaction is visible on the blockchain, it is beyond our control and cannot be reversed or halted. Blockchain transactions are immutable and irreversible. Therefore, always double-check the receiving wallet address and network, ensuring all required details are correct before proceeding.
If a cryptocurrency transfer to an external wallet hasn’t been completed after a few hours, we recommend contacting the support team of the respective wallet. Provide them with the transaction link from the Blockchain Explorer and the Blockchain ID (transaction ID or hash) to assist in their investigation.
