Sign in to One Trading
Click on Accounts
Click on Deposit
Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit
If it’s your first deposit for this asset, click Create new address
Copy the Deposit address and paste it into the destination field of the external wallet you’re sending from.
NOTE: Cryptocurrencies deposited to the wrong address are permanently lost on the blockchain. One Trading can’t recover these assets. Pay attention to the Minimum deposit amount. Also make sure to include the required additional information such as a reference, memo, or message.
Complete the transaction in the external wallet.
Wait for the transaction to be confirmed by the network. The time it takes for confirmation may vary depending on the cryptocurrency.
Remember, including the necessary details, such as a reference, memo, or message, is crucial to ensure that your deposit is processed correctly. Failure to include the required information may result in the loss of your deposited funds.
