To change your residential address on your One Trading account, please follow these steps:
Click the "Contact us" button located at the end of this page. In the contact form, select the "Account" category, and then choose the option "Address Change" from the dropdown menu.
In the attachments section of the contact form, please provide a legal document (no older than 3 months) that confirms your new residential address.
For security purposes and to ensure the accuracy of your updated address, we may require you to go through a verification process again. This step is necessary to update your personal information and maintain the highest level of security for your account.
Our Customer Care team will review your request and assist you further in updating your residential address on your One Trading account. Please ensure that the attached document is valid, recent, and clearly shows your new address to avoid any delays in processing your address change request.
