If you have forgotten your password:
Select “Forgot your password?” on the login screen
Enter the email address you have registered on One Trading and click on Request Password Reset
If you have not activated two-factor authentication (2FA), you will need to enter the SMS-PIN that you received via SMS to your registered phone number
In the email you will get from us, click on Reset Password
